ABOUT HANNA/THE FOUNDER
This work found me and I am thrilled that it did. After two decades of working in television and video production (or ‘herding cats’ as I usually describe it) and undergoing a great deal of transformational change on a personal level, I realized that my work passion had nothing to do with the company or even the industry that I was working in. I was going to work each day for the mentoring and coaching of individuals who were making complex life decisions or dealing with communication challenges.
I was lucky enough to have the ability to step down from my position, go back to school and follow my passion. I now have a Master’s Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, an ACC certificate from International Coach Federation, as well as training in mediation and conflict resolution. I proudly serve on the board of BAYCAT, a nonprofit media producer that educates, empowers and employs underserved youth in the digital media arts.
I love what I do. I am thankful to my many clients and I am extremely proud to be mentoring many of the same people from my old company that helped to start me on my journey.
I live and lead with intent. I bring curiosity, belonging, self-awareness, collaboration, focus and worth to myself and others. Coaching helped me gain insight and courage, allowed me to grow and develop and I am making that available to you. Let’s unlock your potential, and change the things that don’t add value.

ABOUT WORKING SOLUTIONS GROUP

Working Solutions Group supports the evolution of organizations and leaders via Executive Coaching and Organizational Development work, and conducts workshops on a variety of topics.
